Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5 business days of placement.
For custom orders with added embroidery options, please allow up to 5 additional business days for the customization to be completed before processing.

Please note, these timelines are for order preparation. Delivery times are dependent on your location and other variables.

 

Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: On all medical uniform orders above ₹600 
  • Standard Shipping Fee: For orders of medical uniform between ₹0 to ₹599, the shipping fee is ₹99.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A COD charge of ₹150 will apply for orders using this payment method.

 

Delivery Time

Delivery time after dispatch depends on the courier service, the destination, and other variables like weather conditions and holidays. We aim to deliver your package as quickly as possible.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp message for easy tracking.
