Exchanges are applicable only in case of damaged products or delivery of incorrect size (Size other than customer ordered). Hirawats will be able to exchange the online store purchased at “www.hirawatsonline.com” only subjected to the following conditions.
Products can only be exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Online Payment Products can only be exchanged / Cash on Deliver products can be exchanged.
Exchange Process & Return Intimation:
For exchange, you can contact us through “Email ID” or can call our number “Number” within 12 days from the date of delivery. Generally, we offer Online Exchange and Exchange at Store option. At present we’re not excepting Exchange at the store option.
Online Exchange: To choose this process you have to keep the following details
- Order Number
- Courier Number
- Product ID
- Reason for Exchange
You have to share the above information with our support team via email or call to initiate your Online Exchange.
- The existing product should be sent to our head office Vizag from the Customers End.
- Our delivery partner will take back the product and it will get updated through mobile message and email when we received the product.
- Once the product is received at our end, it will go through a quality check process during the quality check we will see if the product is unused or unaltered. (If case if it’s altered or used we will reject the product exchange).
- After the product is verified and approved, we will ensure the exchange of the product according to the rules and regulations.
- In case, if you want a refund then we will ensure the refund is done as per the defined TAT.
- The product for exchange or return should be fresh, unused, and unaltered with the tag.
- If the tag is not there on the product then we will not approve the refund or Exchange.
- Exchanges are strictly not allowed after 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Exchanges are allowed with the same product or different from the same price.
- The exchange at the store is only valid for users who are having proper Invoice and IDs.
The cancellation of the product is available to all our customers. You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Then only your order will be cancelled. Your refund will be subjected to the below-mentioned rules.
- Cancellation for refund request needs to be made within 24 hrs of placing the order.
- The request should be made by sending us an email on our customer service “EMAIL”
- We will not accept partial order cancellations requests.
Your refund will be credited to your account in 10-15 days after initiating the refund. Please note the refund will take 10-15 days because of the involvement of external agencies such as banks and payment gateways.
