Return & exchange policy

Hirawats believes in delivering the best products to our customers which are handcrafted keeping in mind evolving fashion trends.
 

Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are applicable only in case of damaged products or delivery of incorrect size (Size other than customer ordered). Hirawats will be able to exchange the products purchased through “www.hirawatsonline.com” only subject to the following conditions. 
 

Returns & Exchanges:

All items may be returned/exchanged within 14 days, unless customized. The returned products have to be unused, unwashed with tags attached, and in the condition/state you received them. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
**Please note that we do not accept returns on custom-made products.

  1. Embroidered items are also final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
  2. Please note that items bought on sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  3. Mail us at [email protected] for all order related Inquiries.

To start the process just shoot us an email with your Name, Phone Number and the Product you would want to return/exchange, and we’ll initiate the process for you.

  • A delivery agent will come and pick up the piece from you and return it back to us.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund/exchange will be initiated.
  • In the case of a Refund, it usually takes between 7 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
  • In the case of Exchange, the new piece will be couriered to you immediately.
Process of Online Exchange:
  1. The existing product should be sent to our head office Vizag from the Customers End.
  2. Our delivery partner will take back the product and it will get updated through mobile message and email when we received the product.
  3. Once the product is received at our end, it will go through a quality check process during the quality check we will see if the product is unused or unaltered. (If case if it’s altered or used we will reject the product exchange).
  4. After the product is verified and approved, we will ensure the exchange of the product according to the rules and regulations.
  5. In case, if you want a refund then we will ensure the refund is done as per the defined TAT.
Conditions Apply:
  1. The product for exchange or return should be fresh, unused, and unaltered with the tag.
  2. If the tag is not there on the product then we will not approve the refund or Exchange.
  3. Exchanges are strictly not allowed after 14 days from the date of delivery.
  4. Exchanges are allowed with the same product or different from the same price.
  5. The exchange at the store is only valid for users who are having proper Invoices and identity proof.
  6. Refund of orders placed on COD basis will only be through Coupon code against store credit.
Cancellation Refund Policy:

The cancellation of the product is available to all our customers. You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Then only your order will be cancelled. Your refund will be subjected to the below-mentioned rules.
 

  1. A cancellation request needs to be made within 24 hrs of placing the order.
  2. The request should be made by sending us an email on our customer service “EMAIL”.
  3. We will not accept partial order cancellation requests.
