To ensure the fastest delivery possible, our warehouse immediately begins processing orders as they are submitted. It is not possible to make changes. You can send a request cancel your order by email to [email protected].

You can now cancel an order when it is in packed/shipped status, as long as the cancel option is available on the Website. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive a refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.
We try our best to ship your orders as soon as possible. Processing and dispatching an order ideally is done within 24 - 48 hours. However, the date of delivery depends on your PIN code. We do mention a standard delivery estimation date in the order confirmation email.

If in case the package status is shown as non-deliverable, you can contact our customer service numbers. We aim to keep stock of all products listed on our website. In case you have made payment for a product that is unavailable, we will communicate the same to you within 2 working days of your purchase. You could then either substitute your purchase with another product that is available on the website or the money will be duly refunded.
For exchange, you can contact us through “ [email protected]” or can call our number “91 98850 53576” within 12 days from the date of delivery. Generally, we offer Online Exchange and Exchange at Store option. At present we’re not excepting Exchange at the store option.
